Morelli Fresh is a company based in Lennox Head, NSW.
Born out of the 2020 lockdown, our aim is to provide homes and businesses across the Northern Rivers with restaurant quality, fresh, handmade pasta. Our pasta is 100% handmade in Lennox Head using both Italian and local ingredients, including eggs from Oliver's Hens in Byron Bay, and vegetables from certified organic farms such as Conscious Ground & Red Earth Farmers in Byron Bay and Jumping Red Ant. We also make our own ricotta for various fillings.
All pasta is pasteurised meaning it has a longer fridge life than others on the market without requiring freezing.
Expected fridge life is from 16-28 days, depending on the type of pasta.

 

In 2023 we added various products to our list.

Fresh and par baked Focaccia, Pizza base with Tomato, Donuts, Pasta sauces & Condiments in Jar..
